Zinovii Kozytskyi was awarded the «UP100. Business» honor on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of «Ekonomichna Pravda»

It is our great pleasure to congratulate Zinovii KOZYTSKYI, founder of Eco-Optima group, on receiving the «UP100. Business» award on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of «Ekonomichna Pravda».

For twenty years in a row, «Ekonomichna Pravda» has been chronicling the breakthroughs and challenges of the Ukrainian economy. Consequently, the editorial team has deliberately dedicated this landmark anniversary to the fundamental pillar of the state – Ukrainian entrepreneurs. It is their courage, responsibility, and ability to move Ukraine forward despite any storms that make our economic future possible.

To mark its 20th anniversary, «Ekonomichna Pravda» honored 100 representatives of the private sector who are building the Ukrainian economy on the principles of integrity, free competition, and open access.

The purpose of the awards is to recognize those who have demonstrated resilience, contributed to the country’s stability, and set standards for transparency in business. The award attests that today’s entrepreneur in Ukraine is a leader who holds the economic front, creates jobs, pays taxes, supports the Armed Forces, and integrates the country into the European space.

Representatives of Lviv’s business community were also included among the cohort of leaders who received this high recognition. Among them is Zinovii KOZYTSKYI, an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and founder of the «Zakhidnadraservice» group and the «Eco-Optima» group, which play a critical role in strengthening Ukraine’s energy sovereignty by supplying the domestic market with resources from their own production and generation.

Each winner of the «UP 100. Business» award has received a unique trophy – a glass Olbian dolphin, which symbolically refers to the deep historical roots of our culture: two and a half thousand years ago, in the territory of modern-day Ukraine, bronze dolphin figurines served as the first form of currency in Olbia.

A jury evaluated the nominees for compliance with the criteria. The jury consisted of: former Minister of Economy Aivaras Abromavičius, Executive Director of the European Business Association Anna Derevianko, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada’s Budget Committee Roksolana Pidlasa, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hennadiy Chyzhykov, Head of the KSE Institute Nataliia Shapoval, and Volodymyr Landa.
